River Cityscape: 3 Dimentional reclaimed wood Cityscape

This is part of my River Cityscape series and is completely composed of very old reclaimed barnwood.

All the colors you see in this art piece are natural in color due to the aging and weathering of the wood. The wood I selected for the river is maple hardwood that has been aged outside for many years which gives a blue grey color to mimic water. The river is lined with real moss and lichen encrusted wood to create a natural greenscape along the river; it has been preserved applying two coats of water based sealer to the entire artwork.
